With ancestry
Our founders bear the legacy of a time characterized by prosperous consensus thinking on the labour market, when institutions such as the PA (Personnel Administrative) Council were developed as collaborations between the parties on the labour market. We were active at that time, and we have consequently brought with us the tradition of basing our work on both proven experience and scientific research. Almost from the start, we received commissions abroad. They were a broad range of assignments, but often with particular emphasis on the role of organisational culture in business. Today we are an efficient company in the fields of management and organization. The fact is that our company was founded in 1975, making it one of the oldest in the country, and this, if anything, vouches for a continuing demand for its responsibly delivered services.

We have learned to listen to what is going on in society and in business life. Our guiding principle is constantly to be in tune with our surroundings and to capture the increasingly complex world around us. This gives us both motivation and energy to aim towards tomorrow and to remain at the forefront in our consultancy efforts.
