Kontura is a management consultancy specialised in the implementation of corporate development initiatives through analysis and assessment.

 

Kontura has experience from practically all areas of business in Sweden and has also worked for many years with overseas companies and public bodies, principally in European countries.

 

We work on all levels in the private business sector and public administrative area. The interest in diversity has been a connecting concept in our operations through the years.

 

This has meant that we have always conducted business in other countries than Sweden and have subsequently developed a solid understanding and practical knowledge of the importance of other cultures in leading and managing a business.

 

We were also early in identifying differences between the attitudes of men and women in di fferent work situations.
