The practical applications of “Assessments of the work enviroment” are used together with simple administrative tools to gain a quick idea of a group.
We have created and tested a new development tool within the TMS-family which we call “The Team Compass”. From this tool we can extract a measurement of how a team as a whole, can handle diffrent work tasks.
The purpose with MFI (Manager Function Index is to harmonize and evaluate how the leadership works on a individual and organisational level in relation with the current task.
The Manager Profile gives a valueable insight about ones leadership behaviour, and it proves to play a big part in the development of leaders. The leadership profile is mainly used in correlation with longer and shorter types of management devolopment programs.
The Communicator is a part of TMS which have been developed to understand and to pinpoint the human partnerships and incentives in the large diversity of teams in our organisations.
