Adam Brännström is a civil economist and systems analyst with experience of leadership within both private industry and the public sector. He has wide experience of different cultures and has worked with business development in a variety of forms over the last 14 years.

Adam has occupied positions as Group CEO, MD and member of the board within both manufacturing and the service sector and has worked in many areas of the world, including Africa, Asia, Europe and the USA. He has held a number of external executive positions and was on the board of Kontura for four years before he became the company’s MD in 2014. Adam has a genuine interest in people and business development and over many years has been active as a speaker, management coach and mentor. With a background as an elite sportsman, he has also won international competitions within both yacht racing and taekwondo and was Sweden’s youngest national judge in sailing.

In his role, Adam is a clear and much-appreciated leader with the ability to create efficiency and participation in both employees and customers. His background as a national team sailor is clear in his strategic ability and constant motivation to achieve the set goals. Adams commitment and positive energy has been greatly appreciated by many colleagues and employees.
