The next program for Sustainable Managers® starts on October 25th and 26th, 2022!!
Kontura’s one-year program, Sustainable Managers®, differs from other leadership development programs in several ways:
- You start by creating knowledge from the experience you already have – and design your own platform. It builds the program further on. In this way you know that you can trust your knowledge and that it is adapted to your person. We supervise the process and then build further.
- You apply what you learn directly at home through the homework assignments that you receive. These are sewn into the daily work. The program runs in two tracks. One with different workshops, one that you are responsible for and set the goals for – your own development. We support your work.
- The program focuses both on the leadership of the employees and the manager’s responsibility for the business.
- Sustainable Managers® is the most thoroughly researched program on the Swedish market. After 13 years, the development you underwent remains. 4 reports have been published, two of which are from researchers at Lund University. It was started as a research project by Ledarna, SKR, Almega and funded by the Bliwa foundation. Kontura designed the program content.
Since 2007, hundreds of managers have gained more motivation, self-awareness and balance in their professional lives through their participation in the Sustainable Managers® program. Our evaluations clearly show that you can get the same effect if you now register for the autumn start on October 25th 2022.
