Along the years our commissions have been distributed equally between private industry and public administration within Sweden and the Western world.

Fusions, globalization and increased variety in the working life increase the demands on organization managements to make the right decisions in the short term as well as in the long term. In the break between different cultures conflicts might occur and the efficiency decreases. Common commissions for us are the realization of changing processes, fusions, manager and organization development, especially with a focus on cultural creation. Many organizations carry through changes without reaching lasting results. We help our clients to structure the implementation from existing strategies with the entire organization in mind as well. In the implementation everyone concerned is involved so that learning can occur in the cooperation between every level. We also have skills in leading groups where individuals have cultural and personal differences, which means new demands in the manager’s way of leading.

Kontura also develop their own concepts through their own work in cooperation with students at universities and institutes.
