As an accredited TMS tutor, you get the right to use all available material. The Team Management Profile serves as a support in personal development and as a tool for understanding the dynamics of groups.
We organize an annual reunion for those who have previously participated in a management programme under the auspices of Kontura. The purpose is to keep the groups together and ensure that the participants’ networks are strengthened. With Reunion’s program content, we also want to build on the participants’ competence on important current topics.
Once a year, we gather all TMP supervisors for a joint meeting where we go through news and share news, experiences and exercises linked to the TMP tool.
