The purpose of the collaboration was primarily to reinforce managers in striving to make the internal organisation function more effectively:
To get the management group to function and take responsibility
To use specific analysis to identify important areas for development
To support the internal service in its efforts to provide even better support to the organisation
The challenge in this assignment consisted of achieving managers/a management group that functioned smoothly in order to drive the organisation and to guide the stated development initiatives towards the set objectives. For the company this meant succeeding in retaining employees, creating more customers and achieving improved collaboration both internally and externally.
