Allan’s main focus is on management and management team development, change management and organizational development. He is also working with investigating and mapping how organizations function, and with supporting change and renewal processes. Allan is responsible for the individual and team development concept Team Management Systems in Sweden. He is a member of many networks focusing on the study of business environment changes, and on organizational development.
Allan has been responsible for and participated in many development and training programs aimed at managers, in both private industry and public administration. He often occupies a supporting role in change processes and as a coach to executives. Since the foundation of Kontura in 1975, Allan has been a partner, at times President, and consultant in the company, specializing in management development, change and renewal activities, development of management teams, identification of skill requirements, evaluation of organizations’ functionality, and development of work processes. Before Kontura, Allan worked at the PA Council, amongst other posts as Head of a unit. The PA Council was an institution supported by the partners of the labour market, with the aim of promoting research, information and consultation in the workplace.
